Find Your Natural High

Participants will explore a variety of engaging activities, team challenges, and interactive experiences that demonstrate how hobbies, physical activity, creativity, and positive social connections can provide natural alternatives to substance use. The event will also feature educational activities, including substance impairment simulations, to help students understand the risks associated with drugs and alcohol while building confidence to make responsible choices. Registration is open until Dec 18, 2026.
